The Duo

In 2002, Krondor the death metal band was formed. It didn't last long, and 2 of the guys decided to get a 3rd emcee and start a deathmetal/rap group. Shinobi, Masurao, and a guy by the name of Dr. Evazan started Krondor Krew, 3 chaotic rappers following the styles of Wu-Tang, I.C.P., and Cannibal Corpse.

After a run of recording a few tracks, Dr. Evazan left the group, leaving Shinobi and Masu to make the group completely about ninjas. Along the way, many rappers and artists and tag-a-longs came. Some actually contributed, some just liked to say they were part of it to have a sense of belonging and to feed off any popularity KK might have gained in the local scene.


Now Shiniobi and Masurao are in ninja mode again, recording and writing more and more tracks to hand out to the masses.
The origin of Shinobi is shrouded in mystery, and Other than his official position within clan krondor as Grand Master Executioner, little else is known about him. He is often times paired with his Ninja brother, Masurao, but his own secret interests involving the piloting of titanic robots sometimes claim his free time. There are rumors of Shinobi training a ninja heir to usurp his throne when his day comes, but these insubstantial reports are all that we have at this time.
Masurao is a warrior. He is a gentleman. He is a hero. All titles that he strived for and achieved in many levels of his life. Quick to pay a compliment, courtesy, or a helping hand in nearly any situation, his Buddhist nature guides him in his path through life and lyric. Trained in Korean tae kwon do, he continues to hone his skills in new martial avenues.

Lyrically equipped to battle emcees of any nature, he understands he will not win every fight, but will achieve a lesson from each. His professed styles of hip hop include The Wu-Tang Clan (Rza and Raekwon), Apathy, and Kanye West, with a mix of other varieties. Preference of music is East Coast/NYC beats, and a small variety of Dirty South sounds.
